If you received your product and you are not satisfied, feel free to exchange it. Email us and explain the details of the purchase.
Some Products are not able to be exchanged because of the sensitivity of these products.
The items should be sent within seven days of the delivery.
You can exchange the product you want as long as available in our stock if not you can have store credit that lasts 5 months.
The product must be shipped in its original packaging, undamaged, or securely for transport, which will be examined case put the product at risk, in this case we cannot accepted the exchange and the product will be returned.
